Where can I find the sizing chart for your apparel?
All sizing charts are listed on the product description of each apparel or merchandise item on our Shop.

All sales are final on discounted items.
Currently, international orders are NOT eligible for exchanges/returns.
What is a pre-order item?
A pre-order item (or set of items) is an item that has not yet been printed or produced, and is usually offered at a discounted rate for loyal customers to purchase before we produce the item.
When can I expect my pre-orders to arrive?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of any preorder items. A shipping confirmation will be sent to your registered email address when your order ships out.
How long does it take for a regular (non pre-order) item to ship?
For domestic orders, in-stock items take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days. For international orders, delivery time can take up to 21 business days.
Please note that any orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped 2-3 weeks after your purchase, once the pre-order item is in stock.
I want to purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock regular item but I would like the in-stock item to arrive earlier than 2-3 weeks. What can I do?
If you are purchasing both in-stock items and pre-order items AND would like regular in-stock items to arrive earlier than the pre-ordered item(s) we recommend that you place two separate orders. We will otherwise ship everything together once the pre-order items have arrived.
How much inventory will be in stock after the pre-order period?
Each pre-order product is a LIMITED QUANTITY product. We will offer a very limited inventory after the pre-order period is over, and at normal retail price. Inventory is not guaranteed and availability depends on demand, so we highly recommend taking advantage of our pre-order prices for all our new drops.
Why do some items ship out earlier or later than other items in my order?
Some items such as mugs, stickers, and select items are fulfilled at a different location. Those items are marked by a disclaimer in the product description and will be fulfilled in separate shipments.
What happens if I ordered the wrong items?
E-mail us at shop@6amgroup.com immediately with your full order info (order name, order number, etc.) to make the correction.
What happens if I enter the wrong mailing address?
E-mail us immediately at shop@6amgroup.com with your order info (order name, order number, etc.) to make the correction. If you email us after we fulfill your order, there is nothing we can do.
Do you ship internationally and how much does shipping cost?
We do ship internationally!
International Shipping rates are a flat $9.95. However, we do have products that are fulfilled at different locations. If you combine items that are fulfilled at different locations into one cart, then your shipping rate will increase or double.
Also, please note that NOT ALL products are available for international orders. Products such as our clearance items are not available for international orders. There will be a disclaimer in the product description of certain items that indicate if the item is NOT available for international orders.
We don't allow any returns or exchanges on international orders so we highly encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchase & viewing shipping details. It is also recommended you order more items ($80-100+) as our international shipping is based on a flat rate.
Furthermore, some of our products ship with USPS International Priority Mail or USPS First Class Package International. USPS does not waive the Delivery Duty Fees, therefore you are expected to pay those fees (which is a separate fee on top of the shipping fee) at your local customs office to have your package released for delivery.
If your package is taking too long to arrive, it may be stuck at customs. If this occurs, then you may need to contact your local customs office.

I did not receive a confirmation email/receipt for my order, how can I get it?
If you provided your e-mail address at checkout and don’t see a confirmation e-mail in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder first. If you entered your phone number, then you would have received a confirmation text!
